DWELLING AMONG THE GODS

After an exhausting journey to Europe, Afghan refugee Fereshteh arrives in Belgrade with her family only to find her brother Ali has drowned and is to be buried as an unidentified person. Lacking official documents, Fereshteh fights to prove her identity and secure Ali’s body for a proper burial. Despite her father’s wish to bury Ali in Afghanistan, Fereshteh defies her father's wishes and takes a stand, determined to honor her brother on her own terms.
